Manuel J. Woods, 42, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away Sunday March 17, 2024 of natural causes.
He was born September 3, 1981, in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of Charlotte and step father Daniel Wilson of Davison, Michigan and the late Robert E. Woods. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step brother Justin Wilson.
Manuel was united in marriage November 2018 to Jennifer (Wilson) Woods who survives. In addition, Manuel is survived by his step children Josephine Christman, Braedon Christman and grandson Weston. Manuel was a loving brother to his sisters, Tawonna (Dana) Hutton, Angie (Clyde) Hall as well as his step-siblings Nathan (Lynsey) Wilson, Brandon Wilson and Kayla Fitzpatrick. Manuel had several nieces and nephews that he loved dearly; Sidney, Trevin, Nevaeh, Kinlee, Kailani, Kanin and Aubrey.
If you ever had the opportunity to meet Manuel, then you know he had a big loving heart. He loved his family and his dogs, Bailey and Milo. Manuel loved to travel, hike, fish and ride his motorcycle through the beautiful Ohio State Parks.
The family will receive friends at Haller Funeral Home on Saturday April 6th, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. His funeral service will begin on Sunday April 7th at 2:30pm with calling hours 1 hour before the service. Pastor Steve Nibert officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery .
