Mary Rebecca "Beckie" Myers, 97, of Chillicothe, died at 12:12am January 5, 2016, at Traditions of Chillicothe. She passed away after suffering a stroke on Christmas Eve. She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Ina Robinson Myers; brothers: Austin, William, Orville, and Edward Myers; and a sister Betty Lee. Beckie is survived by her sister Ollie Porter, who lives in Chillicothe; and many nieces and nephews. Beckie worked for the Railroad until she retired and moved to Florida, where she lived for many years. She loved her family and going to church. She will be greatly missed by friends and family. Graveside services will be held at 12:00pm Saturday, January 9, in Fairview Memorial Park, 5035 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035, under the direction of Haller Funeral Home and Crematory, with Pastors Jack Norman and Ralph Hux officiating. Calling hours will not be observed. Memorial contributions may be made to the Brookside Senior Center, 2215 Egypt Pike, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
