Luna-Jewel Heise

Luna-Jewel Annalize Heise, at just 39 days old, departed on her permanent vacation in the clouds on December 26, 2021.

She was a newborn model of perfection, and would have outgrown this small city of Chillicothe in the blink of an eye.  With just a glance, you couldn't help but smile.  Her eyes glistened, with a stare that could melt your heart.  It's beyond unfortunate that we did not get the time to witness her potential which seemed so obvious in her.  We can only take comfort in knowing that she could have gone nowhere else but that golden playground in the sky.

Luna-Jewel are survived by those in awe of her; a family that would have never forsaken her: her mother Miranda Heise; her sister Heireonna Heise; her brothers Fennixx and Poseidon Nash; her aunt and uncle Makayla and Jason Moccabee; aunt Rhianna Lee; her uncle Aaron Guysinger; her aunt and uncle Michaela and Lance Dixon; her grandparents Vicki and David Stewart, Shawn Dixon and Debbie Lee; as well as her loving Godfather Seth Davenport.

We will never fully understand why you had to leave us so soon.  To be sitting there some mornings feeling completely lost, as if something is missing.  While we may get upset because you are no longer around, we can surely rejoice because we know you are right where you're supposed to be.  It didn't matter if you were her mother or some random person crossing paths, her beauty and crooked smirk were enough to reel you in.  Luna-Jewel, we love you and always will.  You will always hold a space in our hearts.  Our lives have only been made richer by being in your presence.  We look forward to that day when we see you again.

The family will receive friends from Noon until 2pm Friday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
