Lucinda "Cindy" Ellen Haynes, 68, of Chillicothe, passed peacefully on Wednesday evening, November 22, 2023 at Legacy of Chillicothe nursing home, following an extended illness.
She was born August 30, 1955 in Fairfield County, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert Paul and Mary Margaret Crawford. On June 8, 1980, she married John R. Haynes who preceded her in death on February 2, 2011.
Surviving is her longtime companion and fiancé, Denny Clark; her son, Jason Fain; two daughters, Tonya Campbell and Kelly Wilson; sister, Victoria Countryman; grandchildren, TJ Reynolds, Elizabeth Reynolds, Rebecca Hite-Campbell; Matilda Robinette and Emma Robinette; two nephews, Gage and Brandon Cordell; two sisters-in-law, Gloria Wolford, and Lisa Cordell; a longtime friend, Diane Willett; as well as many other family members and friends.
Cindy had many hobbies, but was especially fond of bowling. In her free time, she could frequently be found watching her favorite cartoon, Paw Patrol. She was also a beloved dog mom to her three chihuahuas, Angel, Little Bit, and Sugar.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Greenlawn Cemetery. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no public visitation.
