Brandt was a strong believer that the workforce was the most important resource of any organization and loved his work as a human resources professional. His interests were vast and varied from knowing every battle of the Civil War to what embodied a good glass of wine. He was the ultimate collector, especially the many books he amassed and read. He absorbed all that was around him then shared and enhanced others with his knowledge. Yes, his irreverent sense of humor will be missed but most of all his endearing way of making people feel special. He is survived by his wife Loretta/Lori (Berger) Lippert, and their son Cameron, both of Chillicothe; "his shadow" and feline companion, Akiko; his brother, Gill Lippert, of Mechanicsburg, PA; and sister Lyla (David) Fortier, of Gibsonia, PA.
