Loretta Spangler

Loretta M. Spangler, 54, of Chillicothe, went to be with our Heavenly Father at 2:05am Friday, October 22, 2010, in Westmoreland Place Nursing Home. She was born March 20, 1956, in Lancaster, OH to the late Van and Bertie Franklin Roark. Surviving are her daughter, Amy M. Spangler, Istanbul, Turkey; her companion, Jon Banker, Chillicothe; her brothers and sisters: Helen (Don) Light, Virginia; Barbara (Steve) Klein, Connecticut; Wilma (Ralph) Mets, Amanda, OH; Lucy (Butch) Easterday, Chillicothe; Larry Roark and his fiancée Elaine, Pataskala, OH; Lois (Ron) Hinton, Kingston, OH; Ronnie (Carol) Roark, Lancaster, OH; and numerous loved ones. She was predeceased by her brothers Carl Roark and Van Roark, Jr. A memorial service will be held at 6pm Wednesday, October 27, at the Tabernacle Baptist Church Fellowship Hall with Rev. Jerry Compton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Loretta M. Spangler Memorial Fund at any Westbanco Banking Center.
