Linda Miller

Linda C. (Ware) Miller, 53, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord at 12:14pm Wednesday, September 22, 2010, in Adena Regional Medical Center, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 30, 1956, in Fort Knox, KY to the late Joe and Ruth Louise Shaeffer Ware. On June 18, 1994, she married Michael R. Miller, who survives. Also surviving are her daughters Rebecca Anthony; Hannah Anthony, both of Columbus; daughter and son-in-law Stacey (Matt) Chaffin, Chillicothe; grandchildren Kyra, Jazmine, Abby, Gabby, Lane, Daelyn and Alyx; brothers and sisters-in-law Joe (Linda) Ware, Bainbridge; Charles (Angel) Ware, Piketon; sisters and brothers-in-law Susan (Thomas) Notestone; and Phyllis (Bobby) Huffman, all of Chillicothe; and several nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Alan Ware. Linda was a graduate of Huntington High School, Class of 1974. She worked as an Assistant Manager for CitiFinacial. Linda was a member of Grace Fellowship Church, a board member of Ross Co. Big Brothers/Big Sisters, a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and traveling with Mike. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Monday, September 27, in the Haller Funeral Home with Rev. Brent Rolsten officiating. Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 4-8pm at Haller Funeral Home, where a Beta Sigma Phi Service will be held at 4pm. Friends may also call Monday 1 hour prior to the funeral.
