Linda Lou Hutchison

Linda Lou Hutchison, 77, of Chillicothe, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday morning, January 8, 2026, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness.

She was born October 26, 1948, in Chillicothe, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert and Eunice (Harrington) Woodruff. On December 31, 1978, she married her beloved husband, Howard E. “Butch” Hutchison, who preceded her in death on April 12, 2023.

She is survived by three children, Cindy Cooper, Cheryl (Rick) Jenkins, and Jim (Cathy) Hutchison; grandchildren, Trey Cooper, Cory Crabtree, Alex Penny, Casey Brown, Brynn Hutchison, and Olivia Hutchison; great-grandchildren, Ava, Wyatt, Phoenix, Canyon, Kinley, Elijah, Elena, and Kolton; and her two siblings, Bonnie (Mike) Hutchison, and Thomas Woodruff. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 6 siblings.

Linda was a beloved homemaker for most of her life, where she cherished raising her children and taking care of her family. She was a beloved Nina to 6 beloved grandchildren, and 8 beautiful great-grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family and will be greatly missed by all who had the chance to know her.

A graveside service for family and friends will be held at 12:30pm on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Grandview Cemetery.
