Linda Deering

Linda M. Deering, 71, of Chillicothe, died at 12:08pm, May 19, 2022, unexpectedly at Adena Regional Medical Center.   She was born April 20, 1951, in Paintsville, KY, to the late James and Mildred B. (Fleenor) Collins.    Surviving are her siblings: Brenda Shelhart, of Frankfort, Glenda (Ernest) Clark, of Chillicothe, Gale (Denny) Dalton, Piketon, Paul (Melody) Collins, Peebles, Debra McKnight, Chillicothe, Regenia Proctor, Chillicothe, John Collins, Peebles, and Phillip (Sherry) Collins, of North Carolina; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband Richard Deering, and a brother James Collins.   Linda was a member of God's House Church in Piketon and had worked as a hairdresser.   Her funeral service will be held at Tuesday at 6pm at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastors Jeff & Matt Leslie officiating.  The family will receive friends from 4-6pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
