Leroy E. "Roy" Smith, 67, of Frankfort, formerly of Clarksburg, died unexpectedly Friday, March 13, 2009, in Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born December 15, 1941, in Chillicothe to Paul T. and Grace McIntyre Smith. Military graveside services for the Vietnam Army Veteran will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, March 18, in the National Cemetery, Dayton, OH, under the direction of Haller Funeral Home.
