Leonard D. "Jack" Woodruff, 86, of Chillicothe, died at 7:57pm May 10, 2018, at the Kobacker House, Columbus, following an extended illness. He was born January 4, 1932, in Oak Hill, OH, to the late Orville and Myrtle (Snyder) Woodruff. On June 22, 1957, he married Gloria M. Rainer, who preceded him in death on December 13, 2012. Surviving are his children: Jack Woodruff, Frankfort, Kim (Steve) Bucciferro, Mechanicsburg, PA, and Lisa (Earle) Davis, Dublin, OH; grandchildren: Steven and Ashley Bucciferro, Sydney Davis, and Jackson Woodruff; brothers Arnold (Edna) Woodruff, Columbus; and Ronnie Woodruff, Oak Hill; and extended family members of the Lewis-Hollis families. Jack was predeceased by an infant son Stephen Woodruff; a brother Terry; and sisters Linda Callahan and Phyllis Crabtree. Jack retired from Uranium Enrichment Plant (A-Plant) in Piketon following 42 years of service. He enjoyed traveling and being with Gloria, spending time with his family and playing games and cards with them. Funeral services will be held at 10:30am Monday, May 14, at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Mebane McMahon officiating. Burial will follow in CM Cemetery, Oak Hill, OH at approximately 12:30. Friends may call Sunday from 3-5pm at the funeral home.
