Leo Banks

Leo Banks, 56, of Chillicothe, died at 4:55am September 26, 2006, in the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born June 21, 1950, in San Jose, CA, to the late Roy and Lena (Keenon) Banks. Leo served as a Private First Class in the US Army from 1971 until 1973. Military graveside services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, October 3, in the National Cemetery, Dayton, OH under the direction of Haller Funeral Home. Calling hours will not be observed.
