Lee Ray Crabtree, 72, of Chillicothe, died on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the Adena Regional Medical Center following a short illness.
He was born February 5, 1950, to Hiram and MaryAnn Crabtree of Toledo, Ohio, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Crabtree, of Chillicothe; daughter, Leanne (Matthew) Fall, of Delta, OH; step-sons, Joel Hobensack, of Chillicothe, Aaron (Shital) Hobensack, of Grove City; brothers, Ron Crabtree, of Erie, MI, and Hiram (Melissa) Crabtree, of Curtis, OH; grandchildren, Scotty Hicks, Taylor Brogan, Ayden Brogan, Adira Hobensack, and Marcus Hobensack.
In honoring his wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Donations can be made in his memory to the Family Worship Center, 8919 World Ministry Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70810 or to the Global Vision Bible Church, 2060 Old Lebanon Dirt Rd., Juliet, TN 37122.
The family would like to thank and acknowledge the wonderful care Lee received at Adena, especially the staff of the ICU.
