Larry L. Mustard, 63, of Waverly, died 6:15 am, Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born March 30, 1948 to Dorothy Mustard. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, the former Mary L. Grubb; their six children, Teresia K. Stepp, Laura (Ed) Bernardo, George (Connie Jenkins) Stepp, Mary J. Stepp, Shirley A. Stepp, and Larry L. "Spike" Mustard Jr.; several grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Mr. Mustard was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Mustard was employed by the VA Medical Center. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
