LaDonna Jane (Greathouse) Miner passed away in Chillicothe on November 30, 2023 at the age of 78. She was born on December 10, 1944, in Chillicothe to the late Paul O. Greathouse and Betty Jane (Dennewitz) Greathouse. She married David J. Miner on July 16, 1970.
She is survived by her children, Rod (Rhonda) Miner, Circleville, Debra (Randy) Rossman, Chillicothe, and Davina (Kevin) Orr, Chillicothe; grandchildren, Randa Rossman, Joseph Orr, Cynthia Miner, and Crystal (Wyatt) Pontious; several Great-grandchildren, and her brother, Paul T. (Phyllis) Greathouse.
LaDonna was a graduate of Chillicothe High School Class of 1963. She worked at the First National Bank and former Savings Bank. She was a member of Tyler Church since 1979 and a member of the Mary-Martha Circle.
She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and counted cross stitch. She loved making cancer bags, cancer pads, school kit bags and collecting items for and putting health kits & school kits together to help those in need of these items.
She said her greatest accomplishment was raising our children. She said to tell them, "Keep the Faith" and "I'll meet you in heaven".
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, December 8, 2023 at the Haller Funeral Home followed by burial at Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
Donations in LaDonna's memory to the Ross County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
