Kyle F. Barfield, 69, of Chillicothe, passed away peacefully at her home following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born January 13, 1956, in Chillicothe, to the late Karl F. and Marion L. (Liggins) Brown, Sr. In July, 1983, she married the love of her life, Ronald E. Barfield, who survives.
Also surviving are her daughter Deandra Brown, Chillicothe; step-son Arfayvan Barfield, of Jacksonville, FL; grandkids: Andrea Brown, DeAndre Brown, Sr., Arfayvan Hills, Amari Hills, Haven Hills and Ayden Hills; great-grandkids: Aliva Brown, Ayden Brown, Avyonne Brown, Avangelia Manion, DeAndre Brown, Jr., Christina Brown, Elijah Brown, Kalani Hills and Azariah Brown; a sister Monty (Vincent) Branson; a brother Tally (Traci) Brown; her mother-in-law Mosley L. Barfield; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a granddaughter Evangelia Brown; a grandson Arfayvan Hills, Jr.; her twin sister Kim Taylor; brothers Karl Brown, Jr. and Timothy Brown; her father-in-law Frank Barfield; her grandparents Leroy and Elizabeth Liggins; and her grandmother-in-law Victoria Robertson.
Kyle loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation services are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 19, from 1-3pm at the funeral home.
