Kenneth Neal Puckett, 77, of Washington Court House, passed away early Tuesday morning, November 8, 2022 at his home, following an extended illness.
He was born October 30, 1945, in New Holland, Ohio, son of the late Delbert and Peggy Puckett. In 1977, he married Edna Faye (Burnside) Puckett, who preceded him in death May 25, 2015.
Surviving are five children, Phyllis (Bob) Romaniw, Doug (Kimmy) Hendricks, Dean (Shelly) Hendrix, Dale (Waldena) Hendrix, and Curtis (Nicole) Puckett; a special cousin, Shirley Wilson; two close friends, Rod Johnson and Ray Huffer; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his beloved K-9 companion, Bear.
Kenneth was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the American Legion and AMVETS. In his free time, he enjoyed reading a good book.
In keeping with his wishes, a Celebration of Life Service for family and friends will be held at a future date. Private graveside services in Harrison Township Cemetery, Ashville, Ohio will be at the convenience of the family.
