Kenneth L. "Lurch" Hatfield, Jr., 44, of Chillicothe, died January 21, 2016, tragically in his home which caught fire. He was born May 27, 1971, in Chillicothe, to Kenneth L. Hatfield, Sr. and Pamela Fraley Coder. Kenneth is survived by his daughters Kirsten Proehl (Josey Smith), Natasha Larie (Latrail Bowman) and Lacey Hatfield; his son Kenneth Hatfield III; his mother and step-father Pamela (Howard, Sr.) Coder; maternal grandmother Gusta Fraley; grandchildren Jeremiah Bowman and Evelayna Proehl; a brother George (Jennifer) Stone; a sister Toni (Josh) DeTillian; step-brothers Howard (Tanya) Coder, Jr. and Christopher (Sherri) Kaltenbach; step-sisters Stacey (Ryan) Reho, Melody Ault and Robin (Gary) Flannagan; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Kenneth, Sr., his maternal grandfather John Fraley, Sr.; and his paternal grandparents James and Elizabeth Gray Hatfield. Kenneth attended Southeastern High School and First Love Kingdom Hearts Church. He enjoyed collecting his Hot Wheels and baseballs cards. He was set-up for several years at the South Bound Flea Market. Funeral services will be held at 7:00pm Monday, February 1, at the Haller Funeral Home and Crematory with Brother Ralph Letsche officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11am Tuesday in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4-7pm at Haller's. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made through the funeral home to assist with expenses.
