Keith Cupp

Keith Elwin Cupp, 80, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away early Sunday morning, September 20, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his family following an extended illness.
He was born July 31, 1940, in Chillicothe, Ohio, son of the late Chester and Marvene (George) Cupp. On November 16, 2002, he married Judith Lynn (McBride) Cupp, and together they shared nearly 18 wonderful years of marriage together.
In addition to his wife Judith, he is survived by his sons, Tim (Shearon) Cupp, of Lexington, KY, Shawn (Stephanie) Cupp, also of Lexington, KY, and Michael (Mel) Cupp, of Beaver, Ohio; his daughters, Kathy Cupp, of Circleville, OH, and Kim Cupp, of Ashville, OH; a sister-in-law, Nancy Cupp, of Washington Court House, OH; step-children, Skeeter (Trudi) Bothman, Brad Bothman, both of Chillicothe, Crissy (Keith) Underwood, of Peebles, OH, Kelly Graves, and Jamie (Adam Lawson) Cassel, both of Chillicothe, OH; several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members. In addition to his parents Chester and Marvene, he was preceded in death by son, Mark Douglas Cupp, a brother, William Cupp, a sister Norma Cochenour, granddaughter, Christan Cupp, and a grandson Keith Madison Cupp.
Keith worked as a supervisor and retired from Consolidated Stores. In his free time, he was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns football team. He also loved taking fishing trips to Canada with his step-son Skeeter and dear friend John Baldwin. He was a big fan of the outdoors and enjoyed going fishing and camping. He also loved going golfing with his brother Bill. Over the years, Keith had numerous dogs and he loved each and everyone he had.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Adena Hospice Group and Dr. John Seidensticker for all of their love and care over the last eleven months.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public calling hours or funeral service. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
