Karen Ritchie

Karen J. Liston Ritchie, 58, of Chillicothe, died 7:30 am, April 9, 2012, following a battle with Muscular Dystrophy. She was born February 24, 1954 in Elmira, NY to the late Walden W. and Virginia D. Eddy Liston. On March 1, 2003 she married Kenneth L. Ritchie Jr., who survives. Also surviving are her children, Shelly (Denny) Robinson, of Utica and Kimberly McCullough, of Pleasantville; three step-children, Sarah (Shane) McClaflin, Jonathan (Winona) Ritchie, and Christine (Keegan) Gelly; three grandchildren, Hailey, Ashden and Riannan Robinson; 8 step-grandchildren; a sister, Gretchen (Tom) Harris, of Magnolia, TX; two brothers, Tim (Elaine) Liston, of Merritt Island, FL and Mike (Fiancée Carol Mooney) Liston, of Gambier; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Thomas Liston; and a nephew, Scott Harris. Mrs. Ritchie was a graduate of Utica High School, an avid Ohio State fan and loved her dogs.
