Justin Skaggs

Justin W. Skaggs, 45, of Springboro, Ohio unexpectedly passed away on July 28, 2026. He was born on April 16, 1981 to Debbie Skaggs, who survives.

Also surviving is his biggest enjoyment in life, his daughter, Lily Skaggs; Lily’s mother, Victoria Skaggs; sister, Sierra Miller; aunt, Diane Rau; uncle, Dale (Patty) Skaggs; special cousin, Shannon Rau; nephew, Boone Russell; as well as extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dale and Mable Skaggs, and Uncle Ronnie Skaggs.

In February of 2004, Justin joined the United States Army. He served as an Intelligence Analyst until he was honorably discharged in February of 2009, after serving 4 tours in Iraq.

Justin loved his family and would do anything for them and was their go to person for anything related to technology. He was full of “useless knowledge” and would give you an answer for just about anything. He enjoyed reading and spending the majority of his time outdoors shooting guns and golfing, bowling, and collecting shoes. He enjoyed collecting a number of things and even “collected” 3 Master’s degrees and numerous Bachelor’s degrees. Justin really liked to learn and would always be reading up on different topics to gain more knowledge.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am - 1:00pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the Haller Funeral Home, with a service to follow at 1:00pm. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery.
