Justin Richmond

Justin David Richmond, 32, of Chillicothe passed away unexpectedly on Saturday March 19, 2022. Justin was born on November 24, 1989 to Karen Murphy and Don Richmond. He was the grandson of Daniel R. "Pap" and the late Sandra K. "Nanny" Murphy.
He is survived by his grandfather, Daniel Murphy, his mother, Karen Murphy, his father Don Richmond, his Aunt Robin (Eric) Rippeth, cousins, Halle and Ezra Rippeth, and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his beloved "Nanny Murphy.
Justin was a 2008 graduate of Unioto High School where he played football and met SO many lifelong friends. He was loved by many and has been described as the most generous, kind hearted individual you could meet. Historically, he served as a volunteer EMT and firefighter for Union Township EMS, Bainbridge Fire and Rescue, Scioto Township EMS, and Franklin Township Fire Department. Justin enjoyed being around his friends and considered all of their children his nieces and nephews. He loved to make people smile and could frequently be found with his Pappy at Bob Evans visiting his extended family. Justin enjoyed spending time in the woods and spoiling his dogs. He will be greatly missed by his family, his friends, and all who were blessed to know him.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 1:00pm with Pastor Tony Lambert officiating. Friends may join the family for a visitation from 10:00am until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to any volunteer Fire Department of the donor's choice in his honor.
