Julia L. Catlow, 53, of Bainbridge, died unexpectedly at 7:17pm on May 12, 2025, at Adena Regional Medical Center.
She was born February 10, 1972, to Harold B. and Esther G. (Mowbray) Betts.
She is survived by her fiancé Tony Ward, of Bainbridge; children: Seth Sevy, of Chillicothe, Kaitlyn (Colby) Maughmer, of South Salem, Morgan Sevy, Zachary (Halee) Sevy and Caleb Sevy, all of Chillicothe; her mother Esther Betts, of Frankfort; grandchildren: Colson Maughmer, Addilyn Sevy, Braelynn Ward, Waylon McClosky, and Ivy McClosky; and brothers Shane Betts and Kenneth Betts, both of Chillicothe. She was predeceased by her father, Harold Betts.
Julia was a graduate of Unioto High School, Class of 1991 and also earned her Associate Degree. She worked as a shift manager for Pegasus Industries. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, shopping and collecting antiques.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 2-4pm at Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
