Judy Foster

Judy Kay (Jordan) Foster, 60, of Kingston, formerly of Chillicothe; died at 6:20am, December 10, 2014, at her residence, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 28, 1954, in Ross County to the late Harry and Freda (Diehl) Jordan. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Tracy L. (Carman) Scott, of West Lafayette, IN; Mandy R. (Rick) Hammond, of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Zach and Josh Jenkins; Kyle Pariscoff; Paige, Sadie and Logan Hammond; a great-grandson Trenton Schlaegel; her longtime companion Marvin R. "Jack" Davisson; sisters and brothers-in-law Harriett (Dave) Reed, Greenup, KY; Barb Colopy; and her twin sister Trudy (Richard) Storts, all of Chillicothe. Judy worked for Adena Health System as a switchboard operator. She was member of the Yellowbud Church of Jesus Christ. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Monday, December 15, at the Haller Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Skaggs officiating. Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 11am until 1pm at Haller Funeral Home.
