Judith Ann Thomas, 73, of Chillicothe, died 5:34 am, April 7, 2021 at her residence.
She was born April 15, 1947 in Chillicothe to James Maughmer and Freda Thomas. Judy was a graduate of the Pioneer Center. She lived several years in Gallipolis, OH before returning home to Chillicothe. Survivors include two nephews. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Loren "Reese" Thomas, Robert "Bob" Thomas, Janice Woodfork and Weldon "Dootsie" Thomas.
The family would like to thank Frontier Community Services, in Pleasant Valley, and their caring staff, for their excellent care. They would also like to thank Adena Hospice and their caring staff for being there for Judy. Additional thanks go out to everyone at Middleton Estate in Gallipolis for the several years of care for Judy.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 am Monday, April 12, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Bishop Melvin Maughmer officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Frontier Community Services, 12127 Pleasant Valley Rd., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
