Joyce Woodbridge

Joyce L. Woodbridge Joyce L. Woodbridge, 70, of Chillicothe, died 7:05 pm, May 29, 2006 in her home following an extended illness. She was born March 7, 1936 in Londonderry to Homer E. and Ida Mae Thompson Dyke. On January 8, 1957 she married William E. Woodbridge Sr. who died July 13, 1999. Survivors include a daughter Patti (Doug) Murray, of Beaver; sons, William (Carol) Woodbridge, of Missouri, and Edward (Darla) Woodbridge, of Chillicothe; seven grandchildren, Clarissa Wilsey, Billy Robertson, Amy Booth, Ben Murray, Tyler, Hayley and Kacey Woodbridge; two great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Booth and Dalimar Wilsey; a brother, Ed (Pat) Dyke, of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Cledith and Evelyn and three brothers, Thomas, James and Ernest. Mrs. Woodbridge was a 25 year member of the Union Township Fire Department, a member of the Mead Retirees Club, and a member of Faith Chapel Church. She was an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday, June 5, 2006, in the Haller Funeral Home, Rev. Tom Kramer officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Garden. Friends may call 2-4 pm Sunday at Haller's.
