Josie Gail Bayer, 11, died February 8, 2023, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following a lifelong struggle with Batten's Disease.
She was born October 18, 2011 in Pt. Pleasant, WV. Survivors include her parents, Kayla Bayer, Timothy Gibson, and Justin Bayer; siblings, Emma, Kenzie, Landon, and Jordan; and grandparents, Peggy and Brad Russell, Terry and Veronica Rowley, Lavinnie Bayer and Tim Gibson. She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Jerry Bayer.
No matter the mood of the room when she entered, she would lift your spirits.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Browns Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at Haller's.
