John Mead

John S. Mead, 66, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly at 1:43 am, Friday, February 10, 2017, at the Adena Regional Medical Center.   He was born July 16, 1950 in Ross Co. to the late Ollie M. and Audrey L. Stigler Mead. Survivors include his children, Shavonna Neal, of Chillicothe, and Douglas and Brian (Davette) Mead, of Washington C.H.; two grandchildren, Aidan Neal and Audrey Mead; several nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Sylvia Mead, of Waverly. He was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Mead and a sister, Karen Elkins.   John retired from Kenworth Truck as a fork lift operator. He attended Gathering Place Church, Washington C.H.
