Joey Ragland

Joey E. Ragland, 44, of Chillicothe, died 11:38 am, Sunday, May 22, 2005 in his home following an extended illness. He was born June 30, 1960 in Chillicothe to Edward R. and Mary E. Lee Ragland. He was engaged to Margaret Pearson Brown, who survives. Also surviving are three sisters, Janet Swain, Judy (Alan) Alderman, and Jill Ragland, all of Chillicothe; three brothers, John (Linda) Ragland, of Washington CH, James (Linda) Ragland, of Jackson, and Jeffrey (Phyllis) Ragland, of Chillicothe; two aunts, E. Jane Ragland and Esther R. Winfield; an uncle, Robert Walker; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Catherine. Mr. Ragland was a Liberty Township Trustee. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday in the First Wesleyan Church, Pastor Jeremy Beverly officiating. Burial will follow in Caldwell Cemetery.
