Joann Trego

JoAnn Trego, 84, of Frankfort, died at 1:25pm August 4, 2023, at Valley View Alzheimer's Care Center.

She was born December 18, 1938, in Ross County and was raised by her father Rodney Wilt and grandmother Mabel Wilt.

Surviving are her children: Mike Feltner, Rhonda (George) Wagner, both of Chillicothe, and Dawn (Anthony) DeLong, of Lancaster, OH; grandchildren: Richie Rinehart (Amanda Riedel), of Columbus, Kaylyn Valentine, of Dallas, TX, and Jessica Wagner, Chillicothe; and great-grandchildren Nola Pelfrey and Kinsley Wagner.  She was predeceased by her father; her grandmother; and her longtime companion Andrew Benenati.

JoAnn had worked for GE in Circleville and Taylor's IGA.  She was a member of AMVETS, Post 4, and the American Legion, Post 62.   The family would like to extend a Thank You to Valley View & Bickford of Bexley for the wonderful care she received. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to "The Michael J. Fox Foundation For Parkinson's Research" or the "Alzheimer's Association."

Graveside services will be held at 1pm Friday, August 11, in Twin Township Cemetery, Bourneville.
