Jo Seitz

Jo Ann Seitz, 76, of Chillicothe went to meet her Lord and Savior August 4, 2012, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 2, 1936 in Ross Co. to the late John and Gladys Beeler Clemmons. Survivors include her children, Catherine R. Compher and Steven L. Clemmons; a grandson, Steven L. (Patricia) Clemmons II; two great-grandsons, Marcos and Matthew Clemmons whom she adored and loved so much; a sister, Saundra (Bill) Wood; several nieces and great nieces; special friends, Jerry and Pat McDonald and friends at Hopeton Village including Evelyn Washington. She was preceded in death by a brother, Orville (Carolyn) Clemmons. . Jo Ann retired from Kroger's after 20 years, then worked as a cosmetologist for 27 years, and worked 5 years at the Pioneer Center. The family would like to thank Rev. Mark Clendaniel, Randy Rinehart and John Hocker for her pastoral care. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday at the Haller Funeral Home, Rev. Mark Clendaniel officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at Haller's Tuesday.
