Jerry Dyer

Jerry L. Dyer, 63, of Chillicothe, passed away Sunday April 23, 2006, in Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born August 26, 1942, in Chillicothe to the late Walter J. and Clarabell L. Thomas Dyer. Surviving are his brothers and sisters-in-law Keith (Martha) Dyer; Bruce (Cindy) Dyer; and Craig Dyer; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, a sister Sondra Parker, Circleville; a brother James Dyer, Louisa, KY; and a nephew Brian Dyer, Chillicothe. Jerry was a graduate of Chillicothe High School, Class of 1959. He voluntarily enlisted in the US Army and served two tours during the Vietnam Conflict. The family wishes to thank all who cared and gave Jerry a helping hand. He remembered you all. Military graveside services for family and friends, conducted by the Ross Co. Veterans Honor Guard, will be held 2:00pm Saturday in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, under the direction of Haller Funeral Home. Calling hours will not be observed.
