Jerry C. Downs, 58, of Chillicothe, passed away on Thursday morning, March 21, 2024 at the Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
He was born May 3, 1965, in Chillicothe, Ohio, son of the late Jerry C. and Doris (Carroll) Downs, Sr.
Surviving are his two brothers, Danny (Sheila) Downs, and Terry (Beth) Downs; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services.
