Jennifer L. White, 78, of Chillicothe, died November 22, 2021 at Logan Elm Health Care Center, following an extended battle with Dementia and complications from Covid.
She was born October 22, 1943 in Chillicothe, OH to the late Thomas and Lillian Genevieve Barton Noble. On March 14, 1965 she married John D. White, who survives. Also surviving are daughter, Kimberly (Alan) Smith of Chillicothe; and two grandchildren, Corbin (Rebecca) Smith and Connor Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings.
Jennifer White was a 1961 graduate of Chillicothe High School. She worked at Norvells Department Store after graduation. From 1980 to retirement in 2005 she was co-owner of Johnny's Restaurant along with her husband John.
She enjoyed traveling, crafts, time with her family, and her beloved pets. She excelled in Karate and received her black belt in 1986. Along with her daughter she obtained the title of the first mother daughter to ever win All American status on the same day.
Following cremation, private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer/Dementia Association or the Ross County Humane Society, 2308 Lick Run Rd., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
