Jennifer Lynn Bush

Jennifer Lynn Bush, 74, of Chillicothe went to heaven Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 8:46 a.m. at her residence. She was born on December 4, 1951, in Ross County to the late Clarence (Wayne) and Violet (Dunkle) Strausbaugh. On December 17, 1976, she married the love of her life, the late, Robert (Bob) Bush.

Surviving is her daughter, who is her parents “Runt”, Bobbie Sanford, of Chillicothe, Granddaughters; Jessica (Austin) Holley, Madison Sanford and fiance Kyle Blair, all of Chillicothe and Great Grandson Lincoln Holley, of Chillicothe. Brothers; Kenneth Strausbaugh, Thomas Strausbaugh, Daniel (Marilyn) Strausbaugh, all of Chillicothe, and many extended family and friends especially Sophia Johnson, Merissa Ladd and Jon Riddlemoser. She is preceded in death by her brother Elwood Strausbaugh, Nieces; Sharon McGee and Tonya Strausbaugh and many other loved ones.

She graduated from Southeastern High School in 1970. She was employed at PPG Industries in Circleville, Ohio for 36 years, until she retired in 2013. She was a long-time member of Moose Lodge. She loved spending time with her family and camping with her husband at the Ross County Fair. She had a love for flowers, laying out by her pool, and she loved going bowling with her husband and friends. She had a contagious smile and didn’t know a stranger. She had a love for jewelry, and her husband sure knew how to spoil her. She had the biggest heart and loved her family, especially her daughter, who was also her best friend.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday January 23, 2026, at the Haller Home & Crematory followed by burial at Greenlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service.
