Jeffrey Alan Weller, 57, of Chillicothe, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
He was born June 13, 1965, in Chillicothe to David Weller who survives and to the late Beverly (Cooper) Weller. He married the love of his life, Holly (Ryan) Weller, and together they shared over 41 years of marriage.
In addition to his father and wife, he is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Paul) Mullet; his son, Vance (Fiancé Tatiana Recicar) Weller; his beloved grandchildren who were his world, Zoey Mullet, Zayne Mullet, and Kennedy Weller; his sister, Peggy (Bruce) Bledsoe; his twin brother, Greg Weller; and step-mother, Beverly Weller. Also surviving are five nephews, Aaron Bledsoe, Jeremy Bledsoe, Matt McGraw, Tyler Weller, and Joey McGraw; two nieces, Tara Johnson and Cameron Knox; two aunts, Nancy Norman, and Melody Clayton; and two uncles, David (Sherrie) Tener, and Ramon Weller. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard and Marian Cooper, Doris Roll, and Floyd Weller; his uncles, David Norman and Gary Cooper; and his aunt, Freda Weller.
Jeff was a graduate of Zane Trace High School, class of 1983. He went on to work and retire from ALD Concrete. Jeff was heavily involved in 4-H when his children were younger. He loved spending time at the fairgrounds and was able to see his grandchildren become involved in 4-H as well. But most of all, he loved simply getting to spend time with his family and being outdoors. His family and friends will forever remember him for his quick-witted come backs, his big heart, and willingness to always lend a helping hand.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public calling hours. The family invites friends to join them for a graveside service at 1:00pm on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
