Jeffrey Smith

Jeffrey D. Smith, 42, died Tuesday February 28, 2017. He was born February 5, 1975, in Fort Ord, CA.   He is survived by his sons Jeremy Smith, Justin Smith and Brandon Payne; grandchildren McKenzie and Branson; his father and step-mother Jeffrey "Jake" (Dena) Smith, Donalds, SC; his mother Kathy Smith, of Chillicothe; his brother Tony (Meagan) Smith; and his sister Heidi (Carl) Brust.  He was predeceased by his grandparents.   Jeff had worked at Scioto Valley Pre-Cast.   The family will receive friends from 2-4pm Saturday at Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
