Jeffrey A. Hayburn, 69, of Chillicothe, died at 9:25pm October 28, 2023, at Hospice of Central Ohio, Columbus, following an extended illness.
He was born July 14, 1954, in Chillicothe, to the late Donald T. "Tuffy" and Margaret A. (Michaels) Hayburn. On February 16, 1991, he married the former Cathy Marie Vincent, who survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by children: Ashley Hayburn (Zack Shifflet), Chillicothe; Stephanie (Shawn) Lemaster, Ashville; Jeremie Vickers, Chillicothe; grandchildren: Halie (Dustin Watkins) Lemaster, Hannah Lemaster (Zack Smith); great-granddaughter Juniper Eve Watkins; sisters Theresa (Dan) DePugh, Rebecca (Tom) Hewitt, Anne (Don) Hawk; brothers Donald Hayburn II and Nick (Angie) Hayburn; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and nephew Travis Hayburn.
Jeff was a US Navy Veteran having served 14 years and retired from GAP Industries. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. He enjoyed making jewelry, especially rosaries, and visiting casinos.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 12:30pm Friday, Nov. 3, at St. Peter Church. Military graveside services conducted by the Ross Co. Veterans Honor Guard will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery. Friends may call from 10am-12pm Friday at Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
