Jeffrey Ray Conschafsky, 49, of Chillicothe, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Adena Regional Medical Center.
He was born September 15, 1975 in Portsmouth, OH. He was united in marriage to his loving wife April, on August 4, 2014, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Heather (Matt) Thornton, Zack (April) Hughes, grandchildren, Adrionna, Abagail, Mattalyn, Asher, Hadley, Jordyn, Connor, Braden, and Kenzie, a brother Jerry (Becky) Conschafsky, of Portsmouth, OH, special nieces Kayla Conschafsky and Liliana Leeson, and special friend Rod and Kim Young. He was preceded in death by his brother, David Conschafsky.
Jeffrey enjoyed spending his time outdoors where he would be found fishing. He also enjoyed spending time on the water either in a kayak or on a boat.
A memorial service for Jeffrey will be held at the Haller Funeral Home on Thursday, April 17 th , at 6pm. Family and friends may call at the funeral home from 5pm until the time of service.
