Jeff Starkey

Jeff H. Starkey, 80, of North Augusta, SC, formerly of Ross County, entered into rest January 2, 2021.

Mr. Starkey was a native of Panther, WV, a former resident of Davenport, FL, having North Augusta his home for the past twelve years.  He was a member of Sweetwater Church of God and was a self-employed HVAC repairman.    Mr. Starkey was a United States Navy Veteran and was a member of the VFW and the Moose Club.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ezra Starkey and Ruby Daniels Starkey, a brother, Clarence Starkey.

Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Starkey; three daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl Outlaw, North Augusta, SC, Valerie and Robert Clark, Dublin, OH, Tamara and Doug Rath, Powell, OH; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Michelle Starkey, Powell, OH; four grandchildren, Kailey Clark, Cole Clark, Brady Rath and Trey Rath; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Ed and Charlotte Starkey, Fl; Junior and Diane Starkey, Frankfort, OH and Ray and Diane Starkey, Edgewater, FL; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Chanalene Cremeans, Clarksburg, OH, Silverene and Edward Row, Ocala, FL, Clara and Bill Kaseman, Niceville, FL, Linda and James Church, Moorhead, KY and Jean and Tom Thomas, Springfield, OH; a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, January 16, 2021, at the Richmond Dale Church of God, Richmond Dale, OH under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.  Memorial contributions may be made to Sweetwater Church of God, 1444 Edgefield Road, North Augusta, SC 29860.
