Jeanne Beatty

Jeanne C. Beatty, 71, of Chillicothe, died at 4:01am Saturday, October 20, 2012, in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. She was born October 2, 1941, in Cleveland, OH to the late John Thomas and Lillian (Rice) Haessly. On October 3, 1964, she married William E. Beatty, who survives. Also surviving are their daughters Beth E. Beatty and Cheryl L. Beatty; son and daughter-in-law Ryan E. and Julie K. Beatty; triplet grandchildren: Olivia, James and Christopher Beatty, all of Chillicothe; and her brother-in-law Dr. James F. Beatty, Mountain View, CA. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her father-in-law and mother-in-law Eugene M. and Mabel E. (Growdon) Beatty; and a brother-in-law Christopher J. Beatty. Jeanne was a graduate of St. Augustine High School in Cleveland and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University. A private funeral service and graveside service in Grandview Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of Haller Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Bishop Flaget School, 570 Parsons Ave., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
