Jeanette Chenault

Jeanette M. Chenault, 88, of Chillicothe, died 1:40 am, Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Westmoreland Place Nursing Home.   She was born November 8, 1925 in Grundy, VA to the late Charles L. and Ida M. VanDyke Hale.  In 1944 she married the late Donald R. Chenault, who died October 26, 2010.  Survivors include two daughters, Donna J. Chenault, of Maryland and Patricia L. Richter, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Rick and Michael Richter and Amanda and Barry Chenault; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Gordon (Alta) Hale, of Virginia and a sister, Tora States, of Florida.  Mrs. Chenault was also preceded in death by a son, Donald A. Chenault.   Mrs. Chenault was a unit secretary for 25 years with the Chillicothe Hospital.   Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Calling hours will not be observed.
