Jason "Wolffy" Wolff

There are some people whose presence leaves an imprint that never fades. At 51, Jason left us far too soon, but the love, laughter, memories, and moments shared with him will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

Jason Matthew Wolff, aka Wolffy, was born on July 17th 1975 in Chillicothe, Ohio and was a 1997 graduate of Zane Trace High School. Jason was someone who lived life loud, hard, and with an opinion! He was known for his quick sense of humor, his willingness to help anyone who needed him, and his habit of making even ordinary gatherings feel like something special.

Those who knew Jason will remember his lifelong hope of seeing the Browns win, a dream that, sadly, remained stubbornly out of reach, and his love of watching the Buckeyes beat Michigan. They will also remember his success in building and growing his many home improvement companies.

Above all, Jason valued the people closest to him and loved them fiercely. He is survived by his wife, Shanelle Wolff; their children, Alexander, Braxton, and Camryx Wolff; sister, Heather Wolff Anderson; mother- and father-in-law, Michele and Lester Reed; brother-in-law Shelby (Brittany) Hitchens; sister-in-law, Schae Reed; niece, Autumn Newberry; great-nephew, Gabriel Newberry. Also, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of many, many friends that he proudly called family.

There will be a celebration of life on Friday, August 28, 2026 at the Eagles at 6pm to celebrate the Wolff. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29th from 3:00pm-7:00pm at Haller Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to gather at Grandview Cemetery on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 1:00pm for the graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shanelle Wolff.

Although Jasons time with us was far too short, his love and memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten. Kinder, gentler Wolffy.
