Janice Clarke

Janice P Clarke, 92, of Chillicothe passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 24, 2023.
She was born December 12, 1930 in Pickaway County to the late Carter and Mysie (Hupp) Prince. On April 28, 1951 she married John J. Clarke who passed March 7, 1996.  She is survived by her son, Joseph A. Clarke of Chillicothe, OH and son-in-law, Bob Jones of Frankfort, OH; and brother Loren Prince of Columbus, OH.  In addition to her parents, Janice is predeceased by her daughter, Jennifer E. Jones, and siblings, Mary Alice Delong, Virginia Walker, Kathryn Noble, Norman Prince, Marvin Prince, and Owen Prince.
Janice was a proud longtime member of Trinity United Methodist Church and retired as head cashier from the Kroger Company.
The family wishes to share a special thank you to the staff at NCR for the Hospice care and to her many friends at Trinty United Methodist Church.
A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 1:00PM at Grandview Cemetery.  Donations in Janice's memory to Trinity United Methodist Church or your favorite charity would be appreciated by the family.
