Jane Cottrill

Jane Louise Cottrill, 64, of Chillicothe, passed away Sunday afternoon, October 21, 2018, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness.
She was born August 19, 1954, in Chillicothe to the late John and Lita Bentley. She married Eldon Wayne Swisher, Sr. and later Mike Cottrill, both who preceded her in death.
Surviving are her two sons, John Elvin (Dena) Baggett, and Jacob Lee (Maria) Woodfork, both of Chillicothe; a step-son, Eldon Wayne Swisher, Jr., of Pike Co.; three grandchildren, Dakota Whitcomb, Misha Woodfork, and Joshlynn Banks, all of Chillicothe; a sister, Jean Thomas, also of Chillicothe; a niece, Regina Thomas, along with several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to her parents and husbands, Jane was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Brittany Groves Woodfork, a sister, Mary Carl, a brother-in-law, Robert Thomas, twin baby brothers, and the father of her children, Martin Bud Woodfork.
Jane's favorite thing to do was spending time with her family and friends. She loved cooking for anyone in need of a meal, and never knew a stranger. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Friends may join the family for a visitation from 5:00-8:00pm on Friday, October 26 th , 2018 at the Haller Funeral Home and Crematory.
