James E. Smith, 84, of Chillicothe, passed away on June 10, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Myrtle Smith; and his daughter Debra Scott.
He is survived by his wife, Cecilia Robinette Smith; children Kathy (Billy) Reynolds, Kristi Smith, and Dawn Whiteside; step-children: Alice Hertenstein and Becky (Jody) Wilson; sister Lois Kilcoyne and brother Bill (Connie) Smith.
There will be no services. Cremation is being handled by Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
