Jack Votaw

Jack Dale Votaw, 67, of Chillicothe, died at 1:35 pm, September 23, 2017, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, unexpectedly.   He was born November 10, 1950 in Delaware, OH to the late William and Ada Farley Votaw. On May 24, 1982 he married Beverly Ann Nichols, who survives. Also surviving are his children, Jack Votaw, Jr., Groveport, Nichole Votaw, Chillicothe and Christina Votaw, McDermott; three granddaughters, Leanna, Natasha and Brooklyn; a brother, Jerry (Debbie) Votaw, Sparta; four sisters, Peggy Fogle, Marengo, Rosemary Caudill, Johnstown, Sheila Waldren, Zanesville, and Diane Votaw, Covington, KY; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Larry, Richard, Eddie, Eugene and Donnie Votaw.   Jack enjoyed fishing, football, flea marketing and especially time with his grandchildren.   Funeral services will be held 1;00 pm Thursday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. Friends may call 11-1 Thursday at Haller's.
