J. Ege

James T. "Terry" Ege, 61, of Chillicothe, formerly of New York, died at 7:30am Saturday, July 14, 2012, at his residence following an extended illness. He was born May 4, 1951, in East Meadow, NY, to the late John J. "Jack" and Margaret M. (Yates) Ege. Surviving are his sisters Carol Perez, Chillicothe; Gail (Ronnie) Roode, Port Jefferson Station, NY; brothers Richard (Jody) Ege, Hollywood, FL; and Joseph Ege, Manhattan, NY; nieces and nephews Megan Perez, Ronnie Roode, Crystal (Matt) Matt, Jacqueline Roode, and Michael Roode; his former wife, Barbara Montgomery; and his cousin Rose Spaulding. Terry was a self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed investing in and following the stock market. He was a graduate of JFK High School, Port Jefferson Station, NY. At his request, private services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of Haller Funeral Home.
