Iris Pierce

Iris F. Pierce, 85, of Chillicothe, died 1:51 am, Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at Heartland of Chillicothe, following an extended illness. She was born April 18, 1929 in Bainbridge, OH to the late Herman and Josephine Losey Free. On December 29, 1950 she married Marlin D. Pierce, who preceded her in death on April 6, 2001. Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Pierce, of Chillicothe. Mrs. Pierce was a homemaker. Graveside services will be scheduled at a later date in Floral Hills Memory Garden. Calling hours will not be observed. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ross Co. Humane Society, 2308 A Lick Run Road, Chillicothe, OH 45601 or to the Ross Co. Senior Citizens Center, 1824 Western Avenue, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
