Irene Clark, 88, died at 7:32pm September 15, 2016, at Traditions of Chillicothe. She was born October 8, 1927, in Jennings County, IN, to the late Phillip and Myrtie (Peters) Davis. On October 18, 1947, she married Raymond Clark, who preceded her in death November 27, 1990. Surviving are their children: Anita (Don) Mouda, Pasco, WA, Kay (Mike) Watson, Topeka, KS, Wendy Clark, London, OH, Billie Clark, Chillicothe, and Stan (Nancy) Clark, Kingston; grandchildren: Christina (Brennan) Isley, Eric Mouda, Allison Hitch, Catherine Hitch, Anita (Michael) Chase, Brandon Clark, Jordan Clark, and Alicia Hanners; great-grandchildren: David, Jacob and Shawn Isley; William Hitch; Graham Chase; Bloom Tork; Cameron Clark; Austin, Luke and Mia Hanners; a sister Velma Rhude, New Albany, IN; and a brother Phillip (Barb) Davis, Acushnet, MA. Irene was a member of the Church Triumphant. She retired from the former US Shoe Factory, worked for Greenfield Research and Hills & Ames Dept. Store. The family would like to give special thanks to the nurses, aides and staff of National Church Residences, Mom's extended family, for the love and care given to her. We are grateful. Funeral services will be held at 2:30pm Sunday, September 18, at the Haller Funeral Home, with Pastor Aaron Hines officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 1:30 until 2:30 at Haller's. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Church Residences, 681 E. Third St., Waverly, OH 45690.
